4. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided upfront before any repair work begins. We charge no hidden fees.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at time of service.
5. Warranty on Repairs
Star Appliances Repair provides a 90-day labor warranty on completed repairs. Certain parts may carry manufacturer warranties in addition to our labor warranty. This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, power surges, or accidents after the repair
Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the original repair
Normal wear and tear
6. Limitation of Liability
Star Appliances Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from appliance malfunctions, repair delays, or the inability to use an appliance. Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wayne County or Washtenaw County, Michigan.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
